Positive and happy experience with Zoe

I had to call up to unlock my account and got through to Zoe. I didn't have my account number to hand but she assured me it was okay and we located my account by my address. After passing security checks she wished me a happy birthday as well which I wasn't expecting but it cheered me up and we had a little laugh about our ages. Excellent savings account with good interest rate

Saffron Building Society provides an online savings account that gives an excellent interest rate even though money can be moved in or out of the account on demand. The online account seems very secure and quite easy to access. Reviewed on: 30th April 2026
