Great customer service from Sophia

My call was quickly connected to Sophia at customer services. I gave Sophia two concise instructions on what I was hoping to achieve over the call, and she calmly and clearly went through my options with me and efficiently carried out my requests; so that I am safe in the knowledge that my daughter is getting the most value from her savings with Saffron Building Society. Great customer service

I have recently opened a Members savings account. Communication is immediate and I have found opening the account relatively straightforward. I do not live near to Essex, so cannot visit a branch and rely on postal or telephone contact: I have always found this to be easy, and the advisors I have spoken to over the telephone to be readily available to help me and seek the best options to get the most out of my savings accounts. Friendly and responsive customer service

The accounts are set up for my daughter. I do not use my accounts in branch, owing to location. However, when I have spoken to an advisor over the phone, they have always been quick to answer, courteous and willing to help. Reviewed on: 5th August 2024
