When previous insurer hiked up their renewal quote I looked around, and being eligible now for Saga, I was pleased they were better value. Reviewed on: 11th September 2021

Yearly increase in premium

In my second year my premium was increased significantly but I stayed with the company as I was in the middle of a house move and it was one less thing to deal with. I have now read horror stories on line as to how much premiums have gone up this year with SAGA so I await with Fred this year’s quote, will certainly change provider if there is a big increase. They are the best choice

I took out my car insurance through saga because of the three year fixed price at aged 69 car insurance tends to go upward after 70 so fixing the price seemed a good idea and it certainly looks that way judging by prices this year . Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023

How do you speak to a representative

Dreadful experience. At present I am trying to speak to a representative. My phone is showing 42 minutes. This is the 4th time I have attempted to get through.I phoned at 8 30am when they first open and was informed that by a recorded message that we are extremely busy and there would be a 20 minute wait. Most annoying car insurance company I've ever come across

My car was hit while it was parked. The accident was witnessed. The driver admitted liability for the accident. Details were exchanged. Having fully comprehensive insurance and wanting my car repaired ASAP I started a claim on my insurance company (SAGA) giving them all the details and proceeded to get three quotes. Disgusting cancellation policy. Be warned

Please don't use this company. Their cancelation fees are nothing short of robbery. Customer service is non existent. They are charging me 25% of my annual policy to cancel. I'm only 2 months into it Try a better firm that treats customers properly Reviewed on: 15th June 2023

Card renewal - bad practice

2 male operatives didn't give the correct information and the female operative tried her best but her boss has not deemed my complaint important enough to get back to me. I received a letter from Saga stating my credit card had expired and to ring them with new details. On giving the details of my card, immediate payment for my car insurance was taken from my bank account.At no time was I told this would happen and no one would cancel the payment which was not due for 3 another ...
