Will never use SAGA again

Had an "incident" where a driver ran a red light, cutting across me, and I slammed into her at about 40mph. My VW Polo worked brilliantly - crumple zone, airbags etc, but I got out alive. The car is a write off. Other person admitted liability, and in fairness kept that stance with her insurance company - Admiral. This happened on a Saturday at 11.00am, and by 5.00pm I had contacted SAGA, and gave all the details and was given the email address to send the photos and dashcam video to SAGA. Did this - and since (It is now Thurdsay pm) then SAGA, have not contacted me at all, despite me phoning up every day. Today I was told that SAGA are only the brokers, and that I should contact Ageas, the underwriters !! I was also told that Ageas would ring me back - never happened. The company that has come out of this well, is Admiral. They contacted me (having got my details from their client), and told me that SAGA had not forwarded any details or photos or my dashcam footage, but that their client admitted full fault, and that i could ask SAGA to close the claim, which would lead to a faster resolution, and less cost to both companies. Today I have tried to get SAGA to close the claim, but getting a sensible response is hopeless. I was in the lucky position of being able to go out and buy another car - the loan / courtesy car that I was entitled to on my policy, never materialised. As, I said previously not a single person from SAGA has contacted me. Disgraceful service - I'm in my 70's and SAGA at one time their unique selling point was that they were a company for the over 50's - I think that USP is now out of the window - they are like any other company - do not appreciate customers - let alone loyalty.
