How do you speak to a representative

Dreadful experience. At present I am trying to speak to a representative. My phone is showing 42 minutes. This is the 4th time I have attempted to get through.I phoned at 8 30am when they first open and was informed that by a recorded message that we are extremely busy and there would be a 20 minute wait. They are Impossible to make contact with Reviewed on: 21st August 2023
