My husband fell and fractured his neck of femur whilst we were on holiday in France. Saga arranged for our journey home and covered the medical expenses over there. All arrangements were quickly made and the paramedics who came and collected us from Poitiers Hospital were brilliant. Kind, caring and professional. They are the only insurers to cover our expedition cost and length of time away we require, very few provide £20k expenses. They were very helpful when online quote didn’t meet our criteria. Reviewed on: 26th September 2025
