Sensational 0% balance offer

I've had the credit card for a while now, and although the website is *reasonably* easy to deal with, it isn't perfect. The main reason for me reviewing this however was they emailed an offer to me of a 0% credit card balance transfer with £0 transaction fee to move it across!! I thought it was a brilliant offer. If it weren't for the fact I am in the process of remortaging the house (and didn't want a hard credit check on my account), I would totally have taken advantage of it! I don't know if the offer went to all customers, or maybe people who've been with the credit card for a while, but it was a superb offer! Reviewed on: 27th February 2025

Broken Online Account Reset & Call Centre!

Broken! Cant reset my logon details as the online system rejects my valid details for credit card & loan (via mobile or laptop). Cant use the call centre as it offers no option to connect to online banking support. Cant go via call centre credit card support as no phone options exist. Cant go via call centre loan support support as they direct you to online reset - which doesn't work. Useless! Reviewed on: 21st November 2024

I have Sainsbury Credit Card and it allows me to purchase my daily needs and earn Nectar points as well which I use to redeem groceries and stuff. It allows me to shop and spend for necessities and I can pay back interest free at a certain time. Reviewed on: 15th June 2024

Unintelligent security

I only have a card for the nectar points but the security is ridiculous. If I add a £1 item to my sainsbury order of over £100 I have to through the same security as if I just spent £500! WithAI shouldn't it realise I make a Sainsbury shopping order every week delivered to my registered address, and if I add an item I am not creating a fraud!!! Reviewed on: 27th May 2024

I earn nectar points and their security is very strong I get text messages for every transaction. Payment process is simple and customer service is excellent. It's accepted everywhere, the app is very user friendly. I never had any issues, been using this credit card for years. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2024

Nectar Card - It's DISCRIMINATION

Having shopped in Sainsbury's for 30 years, and with 10s of thousands of points on my nectar card, I am told that "The double up offer is by invitation only, the computer sends out random emails, and you may or may not get invited". I haven't been. Great. So someone who pops in occasionally gets invited, and I get NOTHING for my 30 years of loyalty. What a stupid system of blatant discrimination that is. Since it's clear that Sainsbury's don't value me as a customer, I won't be shopping in Sainsbury's again unless I get the invitation. Reviewed on: 22nd November 2023

Have a 0% agreement with Sainsburys until 2024. They keep trying to charge me hundreds of pounds interest each month even though the card isn't used at all, I am purely paying the balance off on the transfer. AVOID AT ALL COSTS Reviewed on: 30th August 2023
