I have had this credit card for a few years now, probably would be wise to change and take advantage of introductory offers. Reviewed on: 30th August 2016

Very easy to sign up, all handled online with minimal hassle

I signed up for a credit card for the long 0% interest on balance transfers. I'm very happy with the service from Sainsbury's Bank and would recommend them to anyone. Reviewed on: 27th June 2016

Grreat customer service

When checking my monthly bill, I noticed two interest charges (one after the other). They were both small amounts (below £5) but I was not expecting them as it was my last month of 0% interest. So I sent them an email asking for an explanation. They responded the next day with a explanation which showed that I was at fault but that they were going to reimburse me anyway. I was very impressed by the speed and generosity of their response. Definitely in my good books for a while. They just need to sort out their online banking interface hehe.
