Suits my needs

Suits my needs, no fees at all... Had for a few years and they throw lots of great deals at me i.e. low interest loans, credit cards etc so cannot fault! Reviewed on: 22nd November 2019

Nice basic bank account

Get wages paid and have direct debits taken out. Nice friendly helpful staff with good security. Reviewed on: 2nd December 2018

customer friendly but not really visable

I have always had good service from Santander and have held an account with them for over 20 years. I do however wish they had a bigger high street presence as there have been occasions recently when this would have been really useful. I know they can be accessed via the post office but recently I lost my memory completely following an epileptic attack and trying to access them online was useless as I couldn't remember any security details and the post office just kept telling me to phone them up. Does the job
