Avoid having a bank with Santander

You cannot make payments above £2000. Even if your payment limit it set to higher they will block your account. They make you call them but don’t have authority to unfreeze any account through call so you ultimately have to physically go the bank which closes at 3pm. Horrible services, wasting customers time and not being able to make payments with your own money. Avoid Santander I will be closing my bank with Santander. Unusable services. Didn’t help me to return my stolen money .

Didn’t help me to return my stolen money . I contacted them several times and was told that it was impossible because the fraudulent company actually existed and I needed to contact them personally. And when the circumstances turned out to be the opposite and the company did not exist, the bank said that the case was closed and no one would take any further action to help me get my money back.
