Excellent professional knowledgeable staff

A few recent interactions with my local branch where the team took the time to explain things to me in detail. I had a small issue and the staff couldn't have been more courteous and helpful. This reminded me why I have been a customer of theirs for nearly 40 years. Reviewed on: 6th June 2023

Fantastic

I cannot express enough my satisfaction in santander. From being able to do everything on the cash point, deposits, cheques, transfers and they have them outside the branch which is so convenient after closing time. I have had this account now for 12 years and wont consider changing. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023
