Shambolic

Been with Santander for 13 years my card has been lost or stolen,hard to know after 3/4 days of trying to get through to Robots...I did eventually get through to their ' fraud' dept...I thought they would be assertive,willing to help &;above all friendly!! She was none of these I mean it was 9 o'clock in the morning bless her,probably had a row with her other half or a night on the lash! Long term satisfied customer

I have been with Santander since my own bank was taken over by them many years ago. I have always found them to be reliable and the 123 account is excellent value for money. I like the fact that I receive money back on my main bills and interest on my balance. Their customer service teams are also always excellent. My only complaint would be the lack of high street offices near me, meaning I Always have to contact them either by phone or webchat if I have a query, but as this isn't a regular occurence I can cope with it. I have used Santander for many years and found them honest and trustworthy. Any problems I have had are sorted out quickly and never had a problem with them. I highly recommend them and their 123 account gives good percentages when paying dd through their banks Reviewed on: 31st July 2023
