In branch service review

I am not a Scottish nationalist, however it is good to be a member of a Scottish Building Society which contributes to the Scottish economy. Good rates of interest. Local branches. Pleasant staff. Reviewed on: 4th November 2024

Efficient, courteous, obliging

My experience is only ever via telephone as I live in Surrey! However, my calls are always dealt with in a courteous, efficient manner which I much appreciate. I've saved with SBS for many years now and will hope to continue to do so. It's wonderful to be able to speak with a human being and not a robot. Reviewed on: 4th November 2024
