I met with Abbie in Edinburgh Frederick St branch. She was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgable and guided me through the steps I needed to take to get a better interest rate on my savings. I took application forms home but found I didn't understand some of the questions. I phoned Abbie and she talked me through what I needed to do. Thank you Abbie and well done.
