I walked past the Aberdeen Branch not knowing it had returned - lovely office, excellent member of staff & friendly, efficient and no pressure to go digital!! Reviewed on: 25th July 2022

Helpful, friendly, courteous

Exceeded all expectations

Very friendly, helpful staff. I was able to open an account straight away when I visited the relationship centre. Welcome pack was received within a few days and was followed up with a call to ensure it had arrived. This met with the expectations advised when I opened the account. In branch service review

Local, reliable, friendly

Have just been with the Society for one year. Have spoken on the phone twice just to get clarification about things. I like the fact this is a proper building society. Very impressed how quickly you get to speak to a member of staff who is friendly, patient and informative.Very pleased with my ISA performance. Reviewed on: 5th September 2024

Service, branches, staff

I like having a local branch, especially as the staff are very helpful. One improvement would be longer opening hours at least one day a week or even opening on a Saturday for an hour. Reviewed on: 4th September 2024

Friendly, efficient, encouraging

I like that I recognise the helpful member of staff on the desk. I don't like that I had to send away my passbook as it is my proof of having deposited money, and I now have a new ISA but no passbook. I don't like the term 'relationship centre' please go back to referring to them as local branches or offices. Reviewed on: 4th September 2024
