I walked past the Aberdeen Branch not knowing it had returned - lovely office, excellent member of staff & friendly, efficient and no pressure to go digital!! Reviewed on: 25th July 2022

Friendly, professional, personal

I am 77 years old and do not trust the internet (I can only access it at a local library). Therefore I absolutely have a face-to-face relationship. It is much more secure against risk, i.e. internet related fraud. My fixed rate ISA is a face-to-face product, only available to members. Reviewed on: 19th August 2024

In branch service review
