The best if you are struggling with debt

Excellent Service 5 star!

Stepchange helped me sort out all my debts into ome manageable payment and took out all the stress by contacting each of my creditors and arranging an affotlrdabke repayment plan. I really cannot thank you enough for all you have done for me. All your staff have been so supportive whenever ive called or emailed and been so kind non judgemental and helpfull. Simple, stress free financial help

I found myself in financial difficulty during & after Covid & was in a very bad place mentally. Step Change made the process of entering into a debt management plan very simple and stress free. By having the courage to reach out to Step Change it has enabled me to reduce my stress around my finances, which has helped me so much mentally. I could not recommend them highly enough. When I first contacted stepchange it was a very upse...

When I first contacted stepchange it was a very upsetting time. I wasn't made to feel bad or judged in any way. I will be debt free in under a year thanks to stepchange. Its easy to record expenditure on your yearly review, and there are always emails being sent containing advise. It's also great, because every penny you pay goes towards paying off your debts. StepChange, the first step to be debt free.

i told Step change all my details and they worked out what i could afford.I don't worry about paying my bills anymore and i know the debt that Step change is paying off is coming down slowly but surely. Give StepChange a chance to help

After being made redundant and falling behind on multiple payments to lenders,I contacted StepChange who helped me start and set up the process to becoming debt free. The process was amazing from start to finish and all the steps explained clearly asto how to move foward and what action to take next. Wish I didn't wait along as I did before making contact, if your in any financial predicament definitely give StepChange a call! Thanks to StepChange I am now completely debt free thanks to the manageable payment plan they help put in place. Hats off to StepChange and all the employees there, you legend's! After a difficult period in my life, I found myself...

After a difficult period in my life, I found myself unable to deal with debt I had incurred. I had many sleepless nights worrying about how I could get myself out of my mess. I was embarrassed & could not turn to my family for help. A work colleague just happen to ask me if I was OK, I opened up & he pointed me in the direction of Step change. I plucked up the courage to phone & my phone call was answered with an understanding gentle voice. After going through all my financial details & outgoings, which included all the little things we forget about. A manageable re payment plan was put in place for me, which this is reviewed every 12 months or sooner if needed. Step change has taught me to budget alongside paying off my debt. I am proud to say I will be debt free by Feb 2025. I also have the tools & knowledge to never get myself in this position again - all through Step Change. Reviewed on: 17th May 2024
