i was desperate to solve my debt. i researched various charities and websites offering help but Step change seemed to tick all the boxes. i gave them all the info they needed and they came back with a plan. i am into my second year and paying 100 pounds more a month off my debt than i was last year and my creditors seem happy with the repayment plan. i don't worry so much anymore. i still have a debt but it is being repayed across all of my creditors by Step change. StepChange, the first step to be debt free.

i told Step change all my details and they worked out what i could afford.I don't worry about paying my bills anymore and i know the debt that Step change is paying off is coming down slowly but surely. A big weight has been lifted off my shoulders so a big thank you goes out to Step change and all its staff. Reviewed on: 17th May 2024
