Step change have been brilliant to me before I joined them I was in a real dark place with dents that were leading to more serious health problems but now I’ve been put on a plan that suits me and I can afford each month and it gets the creditors off my back Reviewed on: 8th July 2020

I was in financial trouble my creditors piling up. They've helped without extra charges i pay one monthly payment and they pay my creditors. Every year you go through your dmp to see if you can still afford. Reviewed on: 8th June 2025

Helping people to take control

I think that this service is excellent at putting customers at ease, they listen and are empathetic to the customers needs. Staff explain the processes very well and do everything that they can to ensure that you understand. They fully supported me and took the stress from me at a time when I really needed support.
