Only remaining "bank" in my town.

5
As the only remaining "bank" in my town, it is lovely to be able to talk with real people and be able to go in a branch to make transactions. The customer service staff are friendly and helpful and you can take your dog in the branch which makes it super convenient after dog walking. Reviewed on: 14th February 2024

Saving with the Suffolk Building Society

5
I have been saving with Suffolk Building Society for over twenty five years and have always found both a friendly and helpful service from the staff in Hadleigh, Suffolk. They are always knowledgeable and professional. I have used different savings products over the years including a premier instant passbook account and a one year fixed bonus product, I have also used the society for mortgage purposes and many of my family members have also found the society a reliable home for their savings. The move to on line provision is welcomed and shows that the society is ensuring it continues to meet the needs of members. I cannot think of any negative aspects of the services of the society.
