As a first time buyer, understanding mortgages can seem daunting but Tembo made it easy. Dominic and Chelsea were amazing and sorted everything effortlessly, I can’t fault them in the slightest. Super easy & amazing communication from Dominic & Chelsea! I put off starting the process of getting my mortgage for a while as I thought it would be complicated and hard to understand but the team at Tembo made it so straight forward. A nice young, enthusiastic team who are positive, helpful and impressively quick at responding to any little query you might have. We had a fantastic experience working with our mortgage broker Beth and our case manager, Callum. They were both incredibly helpful and professional. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process—they kept us updated every step of the way and were always quick to respond to any questions we had. Beth did a great job explaining our options clearly and helping us find the right mortgage, and Callum was on the ball with our mortgage application.
