Friendly and professional

I was pleased to meet Geri who gave me consultation on mortgage arrangements. Geri was friendly and thoughtful to introduce products to match your requirements. She was also professionally to guide me through the whole process. Although because of personal circumstances, I couldn't carry on the process, I appreciate what Geri has done for me and would contact her again in the future when I am ready.
