Great customer service as well as competitive rates

I have my mortgage with Family because they had the best rate and it hasn't been any trouble. In a position now to make an overpayment and so called up to understand the process and was very happy with the service. Spoke to Lisa and Jill on separate calls and they were both excellent. Polite, professional and proactively helpful really tremendous friendly service both times. Great to get such excellent human service will recommend Family after this experience. Excellent customer service - super knowledgeable

My mortgage product was coming to the end of its ter...

My mortgage product was coming to the end of its term and was being changed to a new product. I had a query that I needed to resolve first and contacted Kieran Smith who gave me the answers I needed.
