Well Done Family Building Society

Louise Taylor was really helpful discussing through a possible mortgage solution for my son his wife. She was thorough and really understanding. FRAUD NEVER APOLOGISED

FBS sent me a bill some 12 months after I took the loan which was unjustified and I had to fight long and hard to get this removed. Bailiff was mentioned. VERY BAD Reviewed on: 12th January 2026

I needed help in re-establishing my sign-on details...

I needed help in re-establishing my sign-on details with National Counties following a catastrophic loss of data on my laptop. This could only be done at speed, by phoning. Fortunately, with the help of Tracey Rogers I was able to recreate my full sign-on USER NAME and passwords.
