FRAUD NEVER APOLOGISED

FBS sent me a bill some 12 months after I took the loan which was unjustified and I had to fight long and hard to get this removed. Bailiff was mentioned. VERY BAD Reviewed on: 12th January 2026

I needed help in re-establishing my sign-on details...

I needed help in re-establishing my sign-on details with National Counties following a catastrophic loss of data on my laptop. This could only be done at speed, by phoning. Fortunately, with the help of Tracey Rogers I was able to recreate my full sign-on USER NAME and passwords. Experience of Remortgaging a BTL Mortgage

I generally had a seamless experience with their remortgaging team and process. Their BTL products for expats are reasonably competitive including fees. I would have liked the option, particularly in the current environment of falling interest rates of a lifetime tracker BTL mortgage product. I am generally very happy with the Family Building Society, particularly when other lending providers would not consider expats for BTL mortgages. Reviewed on: 9th January 2026
