Patient, informative and friendly.

Guy Williams was patient, informative and very helpful. He made us feel relaxed and respected in what can be an awkward and intimidating process. We were looking to increase our mortgage and we’re not looking forward to making contact as like any field in which you are not an expert but need detailed advice you can be made to feel stupid or underprepared. Had a message chat and was given a number to talk about my new mortgage rates options, it was the savings number, but I was politely and quickly transferred to new business. Small queue, answer pretty quickly, person very polite, helpful, knowledgeable and gave me the advice I neeeded to make a product decision. Provided additional info and signposted the next steps.
