I spoke to Guy Williams and whilst being very professional he was also friendly and understood that i was nervous and needed questions answered. He answered all of my questions in an easy to understand way. Before finishing my call he made sure that i was happy and didn’t have any further questions. Reviewed on: 26th August 2025

Applying for new fixed rate mortgage product.

I had a problem opening a file from an email I was sent. I rang up for assistance and the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently.
