Refused claim

Cat just diagnosed with kidney disease, made first claim ever with this insurer, refused my claim because my cat had seen a vet 4 years ago they say is connected to this problem even though all test results say otherwise so unfair. Reviewed on: 21st November 2024

Fabulous Insurance for our four legged friend

Everyone I have dealt with has been extremely pleasant and helpful. No long waiting times on the phone. Answers given pretty much immediately. Great in a Crisis

Fantastic company offering a wonderful product

I have a 6 year old Dalmatian who was diagnosed with terminal lymphoma 12 months ago. Not only have The Insurance Emporium settled all of the covered fees directly with the vet, taking that unneeded worry away from me, but when it was time to renew my premium, they did not try and recover the considerable sums that they had paid out by drastically increasing the monthly cost.
