Great service and helpful staff

I have both of my dogs insured through the insurance emporium and have had to use it for multiple operations for one dog and unfortunately for loss of pet for the other now. I have called up for advice on several occasions and the service advisors have been so helpful and patient. They have made everything easy during these difficult times. There has been no issues in paying out and I would highly recommend them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 21st August 2024

Very smoothly satisfying experience.all round. Know where you stand, plain English, simply explained and very informative. Cant fault them!

Thankfully we've only had to deal withone claim since deciding to use The Insurance emporium. The communication from them was first rate. Our claim went through very quickly.
