Review of the Tide, Business Banking:

Ridiculously slow and bad service.

Ridiculously slow and bad service. Holds the money for no reason and do not allow them to be transferred. Even with a pro-plan, the customer rep (Rimas Ayddim) is EXTREMELY slow to respond and offers no help. In the time taken to get a response from them, I have been able to write a 1-star review across all platforms and still doest not hear from them. Reviewed on: 10th September 2024

Easy & Stress Free

Easy stress free business banking. Great app to speed up transactions, adding payees and doing accounting on the go which is really important to me. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023
