You can manage your account via an app and there’s a Bristol-based contact team if you need support. Triodos don’t offer an overdraft facility or immediate faster payments. You’ll get text message alerts to help you manage your money and online statement.

Money makes a difference

I love being a Triodos customer and knowing that my money is enabling positive projects in the world, rather than causing destruction through fossil fuels, weapons etc. The Triodos subscription email is one of the very few that I actually open with interest! Great Current Account fully controllable from my phone.

They have a superb App, very user friendly, even for an 80year old man like me. I don't need a cheque book as almost everything can be done from the App, including easy transferring of money to other's accounts. All my money is used for sustainable and green purposes, which fits with my desire to look after our planet earth. Also I can now use my debit card direct from my phone. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Perfect bank, always a happy customer

Every time I have had to contact the bank they have been extremely helpful and friendly. I know I can easily connect with them if I have any concerns.
