A bank for our times and the future

I opened my Triodos current Account because I wanted a bank whose values aligned with mine. An ethical approach to banking.Transparency so that I could see what they did with my money and investments that positively brought about change and looked to the future. What I never expected to find was a bank that not only helped me to survive the pandemic but has nurtured me to thrive. Thanks to all of you at Triodos. Reviewed on: 27th February 2021

Honest and helpful

Triodos gives a transparent and conscious approach to banking and saving. The digital offering could be stronger - the mobile app and online banking lags behind others. If the Earth could vote, it would vote for Triodos

Triodos offers friendly and efficient service and is a good bank to deal with. All my interactions with them......... Do you know what? We're in a climate and ecological emergency. The future of many species, including our own, hangs in the balance - and the level of customer service I get from my bank is irrelevant. Meaningless. What matters is what my bank does out there. The effect it has in and on the world. Amongst big name banks that are still funding corporations that mine coal, cut down rainforests and proliferate single-use plastic , Triodos just goes out every day and funds projects that work for the good of the planet and all its inhabitants. Efficient and responsive

Triodos was responsive and helpful when I was expecting a large international transfer to come through for a house deposit. There’s also the peace of mind that comes from knowing my deposits aren’t being invested in environmentally destructive ways. Reviewed on: 27th February 2021

Best ethical bank

Brilliant ethics and customer service

I set up this account so that I know my money is doing good things. I wasn't expecting to also get such friendly, speedy, professional customer service. I am very pleased that I switched to Triodos and encourage all my friends to do the same whenever they pull out a dirty bank card!! Reviewed on: 27th February 2021

An ethical, friendly, efficient bank

We have had savings accounts and a business account with Triodos before opening our personal current account. We have never had any issues with the operation of our accounts, any charges have been very fair, periodic communication (Money Matters) has been fresh in its format, and informative. Above all, they are an ethical bank which, I'm sorry to say, is a rare characteristic these days. Overall, we need more Triodoses! Reviewed on: 27th February 2021
