Excellent online banking experience

I tranferred to a Triodos online current account almost 2 years ago as I wanted to be part of a bank with an ethical and sustainable investment policy. Online banking with Triodos seems secure and is very user friendly. There were no issues with the transfer from my old account. I have only dealt with customer service on one occasion due to an issue with a cash machine run by another bank and the issue was dealt with easily and swiftly by friendly Triodos staff. Best of all worlds

The banking app is super easy to use and I feel that Triodos have thought a lot about security as they often email about potential scams and always check with me before releasing a large amount of money. Valuing Life Just Feels Better

I don’t want my money to fund evil, greedy, destructive financial institutions that fund polluters and stupid, ugly, ruthless exploiters who are causing so much damage to Earth. I do want to be part of a positive movement that respects Earth and biodiversity.
