The most ethical bank I could find

I chose to go with Triodos about 10 years ago as they are the most ethical bank I could find. I'm very happy with how the website works, the ease to be able to talk with a human being if needed and the interest rates I get on my accounts. Well done Triodos...thank you Reviewed on: 21st April 2026

Great customer service, good values and ethics

When I called customer service they’ve always been really quick and helpful. I like knowing my money is being invested into ethical places. This is really important to me and I switched from a high street bank to Triodos for this reason. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026

An ethical choice with a good team

While it doesn't have all the features of a tech-first bank and weekend customer support isn't as comprehensive as during the week, Triodos makes us for it in ethics. Plus the team are really lovely to deal with. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026

Thoroughly Investigated

I have been trialling various (>10) UK banks in the last couple of years for personal current and savings accounts, business current and savings accounts, and a current account for a non-profit. Triodos has been great and I have settled with them as my personal current account. Sadly they don't offer current accounts for non-profits, unless registered charities, or business current accounts. Satisfied newbie
