Excellent

Triodos customer service is excellent, and resolved an issue I had with a third party quickly and efficiently. The online current account is user friendly and feels secure. Love the boidegradable bank card, and of course their ethical approach to investments. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Excellent online banking experience

I tranferred to a Triodos online current account almost 2 years ago as I wanted to be part of a bank with an ethical and sustainable investment policy. Online banking with Triodos seems secure and is very user friendly. There were no issues with the transfer from my old account. I have only dealt with customer service on one occasion due to an issue with a cash machine run by another bank and the issue was dealt with easily and swiftly by friendly Triodos staff.
