I have been a customer of Triodos for many years and have both current and savings accounts. I greatly appreciate the ethical stance that Triodos takes, including supporting social and environmental projects. My experience of banking with Triodos is excellent

My experience of banking with Triodos is excellent, they keep me well informed of where hey are investing in community projects whilst providing excellent online and app based services. On the rare occassions we have had to contact them directly they have been efficient and courteous in resolving our issues. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

From the time I switched to Triodos I've been glad I made the change. The app is excellent, so easy to use. I don't have to wait on the phone for hours for customer service and they have answers to my questions. And I know that their ethics are aligned with my own. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

I chose Triodos because I feel I can trust that it uses my money ethically, I have convinced my daughter and grandchildren of this and they use Tiodos too.
