You can manage your account via an app and there’s a Bristol-based contact team if you need support. Triodos don’t offer an overdraft facility or immediate faster payments. You’ll get text message alerts to help you manage your money and online statement.

Triodos's current account makes complete sense

Triodos's current account makes complete sense - you can invest your money with them knowing that it's helping good causes, whilst being very flexible and delivering exactly what you need from a current account. I have found the team to be very helpful by phone and email and have recommended their current account to a number of my friends. The App just makes life easy! Reviewed on: 26th March 2024

I have and will continue to recommend Triodos.

I have and will continue to recommend Triodos. The transfer was quick and easy, and I am happy to pay a small monthly fee to hold my money in a bank that has such excellent ethics. While Triodos current account have a small monthly fee, I feel that this is worth it for knowing that your money is invested ethically and that other can benefit from it. Customer services are great, and it feels like you are a valued customer or even a partner. Reviewed on: 26th March 2024

An incredible bank showing how it should be done!

I couldn't be happier with Triodos. £3 a month is a tiny price to pay for the incredible customer service and knowledge that none of my money is going to fund the world's evils but instead is helping change the world for the better. ethical banking with outstanding customer service

Triodos is an ethical bank with outstanding customer service. I like the fact that I use a bank which considers where the money goes, which thinks further than shareholder and savings account interest rates, but also considers the future of this planet and humanity. Reviewed on: 26th March 2024

Proud to be en ethical bank customer. The only draw back is that being a regional bank, international transfers are a bit tricky to receive as details of the intermediate bank must be provided to the sender. Other than that, great bank. Reviewed on: 26th March 2024
