I get to speak to a human!

The few times I have called - I get through to a human straight away. The app is super easy to use. The ethics of the bank is very important to me. The only bank whereby I actually read the emails cos they’re interesting! Reviewed on: 21st April 2026

Reliable, thinking and ethical

I love the security aspects and using the App is very easy too. I am proud to use and ethical bank with standards that i agree with and it does what it says it will do on the tin.
