Easiest, quickest, most helpful customer service ever.

Easiest, quickest, most helpful customer service ever. Great to be with an ethical bank. This bank works with you, for you, and strives for customer satisfaction. The lack of branches makes paying in cash tricky but but can be solved by simply sending yourself a Western Union or something. Other than the positive impact and the investment for sustainable future Triodos bank accounts are stress-free, practical and have an excellent security features. As for customer service I had an encounter when I had a business account, communications was on time, I was listened to and the correct and an informed decision was taken by the bank.
