Other than the positive impact and the investment for sustainable future Triodos bank accounts are stress-free, practical and have an excellent security features. As for customer service I had an encounter when I had a business account, communications was on time, I was listened to and the correct and an informed decision was taken by the bank. I've been with Triodos for 5 years

I joined Triodos because of its strong ethical values, and that’s something I really appreciate about the bank. Their commitment to sustainability and responsible banking stands out. Customer service has always been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed support, which makes a big difference. The app is also fairly easy to use and generally works well for everyday banking. My only issue has been the removal of the overdraft facility on my account, which was a bit inconvenient. Aside from that, my experience with Triodos has been very positive.
