Easiest, quickest, most helpful customer service ever.

Easiest, quickest, most helpful customer service ever. Great to be with an ethical bank. This bank works with you, for you, and strives for customer satisfaction. The lack of branches makes paying in cash tricky but but can be solved by simply sending yourself a Western Union or something. Ethical and professional

They are polite and helpful when you call up. Also, they answer the phone quickly. The bank is ethical. They don't use your money for war, etc. The account does not cost you money and I've never had any problems with Triodos. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025
