I've been with Triodos for 5 years

I moved my current account to Triodos several years ago and have had no problems whatsoever. Online account works flawlessly allowing me to manage my savings and ISAs through the app. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026

I joined Triodos because of its strong ethical values, and that’s something I really appreciate about the bank. Their commitment to sustainability and responsible banking stands out. Customer service has always been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed support, which makes a big difference. The app is also fairly easy to use and generally works well for everyday banking. My only issue has been the removal of the overdraft facility on my account, which was a bit inconvenient. Aside from that, my experience with Triodos has been very positive. A bank with ethical banking / finance as a core pillar

I want a bank with ethical banking and finance as the core pillar of their objectives, not simply profit. This bank delivers this with a small monthly fee.
