If we're to meet the targets set up in the Paris Climate Accords and make the world a better, more prosperous place for all, we need to put our money where our mouth is. Triodos is the only bank that makes enough of a difference both ethically and financially for me and my family. Reviewed on: 26th February 2021

A bank with heart

It makes me feel good to know my money is in good hands. I have a bank I can trust, that are easy to contact, who are genuine and warm. Highly recommended

I decided to move all my banking to Triodos on ethical grounds and have been increasingly impressed by how Triodos invests and the example it sets for other banks. I really enjoy reading how my money is helping to make a difference and also applaud Triodos for the best and most prompt customer banking service I have experienced. After taking steps to reduce my environmental impact in my personal life, it made no sense to continue destroying the earth by virtue of banking with banks investing in fossil fuels and deforestation. I am very happy to know that my money is being put to good use, for example on social and envrionmental projects

Best option for sustainable lifestyle

Being an environmentalist, a vegan and trying to reduce waste in my life as much as possible, it was only logical for me to switch to a bank that mirrors the values I live my everyday life by. I can’t imagine choosing to spend my money with companies which are sustainable, support charities and care about people, while keeping my money with a bank that is funding companies which are destroying everything I care for. Almost perfect!

I wanted to keep my money with an ethical bank and friends told me to try Triodos. It's great - really easy to deal with and the debit card is very pretty. My one quibble is that the website could be more user-friendly. I'm sure they'll get round to that eventually. Reviewed on: 26th February 2021

Great to be able to align banking with values

Never have a problem

I am so very happy to have moved across to Triodos. I moved across for the single reason of it being a sustainable, green and ethical bank, at that point I didn’t really need any other reason as I thought the services that all banks gave was pretty much the same. For this I was wrong, I have found Triodos to be so much more accessible (even without a physical building) that any bank I have used before. I can always speak to someone quickly and efficiently and I never end up without my query fully resolved. The online banking is excellent, money transfers etc accurate and website very easy to manoeuvre around. And all this with no fee!! Brilliant! Reviewed on: 26th February 2021
