Ethical Banking Feels Great

It’s wonderful to know our money is used to support ethical organisations and isn’t being used to support ecocide and other nefarious purposes. It’s very empowering. Reviewed on: 26th February 2021

A bank that meets my ethical requirements.

Triodos has good customer service and I find the website easy to use. I like to know that my money is well used. I also like their ifisa provision. I trust them to vet the offers that come from them and they are well managed. I accept that there is still some risk. Reviewed on: 26th February 2021

All round great performance

Quite apart from the obvious ethical credentials Triodos is trying hard to provide a positive personalised customer experience. Refreshing

Amazing Phone service and I was blown away by the offices in Bristol and how their ethical values even bled into their architecture. Surely the future for young people. I can bank guilt free with triodos. Reviewed on: 26th February 2021

Better must come

I chose Triodos bank because I was fed up of using a bank that was contributing to global warming by investing in oil and coal. I moved to Triodos and feel heartened by the fact that they are investing in sustainable energy companies, organic food producers and cooperative and social housing schemes. Incredible customer service and ethics

Triodos's customer service is simply unrivalled. Any issue is explained transparently and resolved really quickly. I never have to wait more than 10 mins to speak to someone. And an ethical bank, they are a clear leader and beacon of hope for future society and an economy that works for everyone. One of the best banks around. .
