Ethical Banking for the 21st Century

The only fully-ethical current account available in the UK, a registered b corp that only invests in local businesses that have a positive impact on society and the environment. Very helpful team on the phones and a clear internet banking interface. The bio-degradable debit card is another green star in their firmament. Reviewed on: 10th January 2020

A competent, caring bank. Very much heading in the right direction and a great example of what banks can ethically achieve as well as being competitive in the banking world. This is the sort of bank I hope my grandchildren will find in abundance in their lives. Reviewed on: 12th April 2025

Best bank for people and planet

Triodos is simply excellent, I've never experienced any issues with my card or account that were not quickly resolved and you can feel great knowing your money is also helping the planet. I also have a savings account with Triodos and I've found that the interest rate is competitive and they never unfairly reduce it. Reviewed on: 12th April 2025

The simple facts of an ethical bank providing standard customer banking but adding green credentials too gave me a reason to jump ship away from the run of the mill service, something id not come across,so I was delighted to find Triodos provided everything I needed.Superb in my opinion it was a no brainer.
