Excellent ethical Bank

A bank that cares

Generally speaking most banking experiences for the average Joe are the same. So if they are going to be the same whomdo.you choose. Well this was the question I asked myself so many years back before i joined TRIODOS. We love a world now where we know the banks are bad and run my bad people with bad intentions. Genuinely helpful staff & excellent app!

Ive been a business and personal customer with Triodos for years now. They have a helpful kind patient workforce who are always there for you if needed. The App and online banking is easy and clear. I find the transparent charges much lower than my old so-called 'flat rate' on my business account elsewhere as there is nothing hidden! I love that I know how my money is used and that I have a clear conscience when there is so much in the world I would never want to fund. Can't recommend enough. Ethical banking at its best

The Triodos Bank UK has proved to be a beacon of light in comparison with the High Sreet banks I still have dealings with. My account is well handled, of course, but it is the underlying ethical ethos which shines through at all times that makes it such a stand out. Reviewed on: 14th February 2021

Excellent customer services and a sound customer led ethical bank.

Polite but not stuffy customer service both by phone and online. Truly an ethical bank not greenwash with a focus on lending to green and community organisations. It values and seeks out customer involvement in its ethical stance. Reviewed on: 14th February 2021

This is a bank with superb, transparent ethical credentials, really striving to make a positive difference through the power of money. They combine this with very easy access, even on the telephone, which in the current pandemic is impressive, and their representatives are unfailingly supportive and knowledgeable.
