I love that Triodos is ethical - the customer service is friendly, prompt and useful - the debit card is eye-catching and often starts a conversation - the app is easy to use - and I enjoy getting news from them in my inbox. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023

Pay for the miles you drive

I like By Miles insurance as (after a flat fee up front) I pay for the miles I drive. Communication has always been clear. The tracking device was a piece of cake to install. And I feel - above all - I am getting value for money. Reviewed on: 16th August 2022

The only bank for anyone who cares about our future

Triodos is the only ethical bank, as far as I can see. What's more, the customer service is outstanding - I get through to a real human very quickly on the phone and they are always friendly and helpful. I recommend them at every opportunity - even to the guy on the phone from Greenpeace yesterday who promised he'd also spread the word. Reviewed on: 26th February 2021
