You can manage your account via an app and there’s a Bristol-based contact team if you need support. Triodos don’t offer an overdraft facility or immediate faster payments. You’ll get text message alerts to help you manage your money and online statement.

Great customer service, which is always available with common sense advice offering clear instructions and answers to any problems. 100 % success rate. best for me is fast access to a real human being who can answer questions directly without referring to another pathway. They care about it all!

They care! That’s the most important. They have still focussed on ux such as improving their app and making it available for Apple wallet. Also, they send newsletters about all the great work they’re doing and it’s really reassuring to know I’m banking with a transparent bank. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025
