A real person swiftly answers phone enquiries..

If I need to phone Triodos for any reason, I don't have to wait long for someone to answer the phone, and the security questions are asked without any stress. Whoever I speak to is always friendly and kind, helping me with my problems with no fuss. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025

Triodos Bank is committed to transparency and ethics

I greatly value the transparency Triodos offers regarding how they operate, how they raise money and where they choose to invest it - I've never known another bank to take transparency so seriously! It also goes without saying that being one of the few banks pledging to never invest in unethical industries such as fossil fuels and the arms trade makes them stand out. Ethical bank with excellent customer service

Baking with Triodos is great. Not only they are an ethical bank, which already ticks the biggest box for me, but they also have the best customer service. Whenever I needed help, within minutes I was talking to a real person who helped me to sort out what I needed. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025

I am not good at doing anything online and was a little daunted when we discovered that the current account was to be only online, but whenever l have had any difficulties l have found it easy to telephone and have been extremely impressed by the cheerful, sympathetic help that has always been offered.
