Best Bank Ever

Great customer service ever time I call with a query, great eco-card and guilt free banking knowing money is being invested sustainably and in ways to help local businesses. 10/10 Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

Amazing

Clean banking with amazing customer care. Knowing our hard earned money is going to positive actions rather than climate damaging is so empowering. Love the card and the banking app! Small but mighty!

Moved to Triodos after years with one of the larger UK Banks as I wished to bank with a small ethical company . Very responsive to enquiries and emails. I do all my banking online and although the web interface could do with some improvements, my overall experience of using Triodos has been very positive. I like receiving the newsletter with details of the small businesses helped by Triodos and I have found some useful ideas in there on how to adopt more ethical suppliers and support small scale businesses. Unquestionably the best bank

Before I joined Triodos, I realised that my many efforts to live ethically were pretty much undone when my old bank was investing my money in oil & gas, fracking or arms trading. The only way to stop that was to move my money to a bank that invests only in positive things. The main worry for moving to an online bank was that without a local branch, would I be stuck if I had to pay in a check or ask a difficult question? Thankfully, their customer service is outstanding. Being a comparatively small bank there is rarely a waiting time on the phone and posting cheques (for free!) was easier than going into a branch anyway. They've been very quick to help me out every time. If anyone with vaguely ethical tendencies is considering moving their money away from the big high street banks I would highly recommend Triodos.
