Personal service excellent.

The ethical ethos means I am not only happy about storing my money with Triodos , I actually feel proud. Not easy at a time when almost everything a person does could be considered as damaging to the planet. I feel my money is being safely cared for. I also like their courtesy in customer service. Ethical, simple, faultless!

Ethical, sustainable aims were stated when we opened the account and they have been true to their word ever since. I love seeing where Triodos are using my money to invest in the community and in everything they do I cannot fault them. Efficient, time to help, well trained and caring.

I opened a personal current account to start a pension plan and gradually save with their ISA products. The bank staff who helped me understand and choose the right products for me was exemplary.
