Ethical banking with the personal touch

It should be important to all of us where our money is invested when we authorize banks to hold it for us. I am so happy to have my money at Triodos and feel confident that not only is it being ethically invested, but that the company’s values are progressive and responsive to our world’s needs. Doesn’t hurt that they have excellent customer service and I can always get through easily and quickly to knowledgeable call handlers. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Ethical banking and great customer service

So glad to bank with Triodos - their investments are sound and their practices are conscientious. Customer service is also excellent, and far better than the so called 'premier' banking that many of the big banks charge much more for. It's a no brainer: move to Triodos and take your money away from the questionable investments of the high street banks. Reviewed on: 15th February 2021
